The ride lasts about 20 minutes, making it an excellent break from walking around. The commentary is fun and informative, keeping my kids entertained and engaged. It’s a great way to learn while enjoying the beautiful habitats.

Be sure to get there early to avoid the long lines. I recommend this as a must-do experience when visiting the zoo. After all, who wouldn’t want to feel like a safari explorer while relaxing in an open-air train?

Visiting the Children’s Museum of Phoenix is like stepping into a wonderland for kids under ten. With over 300 play areas spread across three floors, there’s an activity for every type of child. My grandson loved zooming around the car wash and pretending to make pizza in the kids’ kitchen. Talk about fun!

The staff here is fantastic and ready to help. I even had a chuckle watching my grandson mistake a lady’s headband for pipecleaners. Just a heads up, though—plan your visit for a day they’re open. Mondays can be a bummer if you’re all set for a fun time!

This place is clean and full of interactive fun, making it a great way to keep little ones busy and burn off that energy. If you’re in Phoenix, it’s definitely worth a stop for some unforgettable moments with your kids!

Butterfly Wonderland is truly enchanting. The moment you enter, you’re immersed in a lively indoor rainforest filled with the flutter of thousands of butterflies. I stood mesmerized as I watched butterflies emerge from their chrysalises—talk about a birth announcement! It’s a heartwarming experience, especially as they sometimes dare to land on you.

However, the reptile area left me a bit puzzled. It felt like a game of hide-and-seek with the critters, with many tanks surprisingly empty. On the bright side, the gift shop caught my eye with its delightful array of souvenirs. Overall, I’d recommend it for families who adore butterflies—it’s a lovely way to spend a couple of hours, just be prepared for the ticket price! Who knew butterflies could be such a luxury?

We had a blast at LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Tempe. The colorful exhibits and interactive play zones kept my kids smiling from ear to ear.
