However, I did find the lines a bit frustrating at times. Some attractions seemed to take forever to load, and the maintenance delays weren’t too fun either. If you can swing it, consider grabbing a fast pass to skip those long waits! Overall, it’s a great spot for families and friends to hang out, especially with kids eager for some excitement.
2. Museo de los Niños, Bogotá, Colombia
This is not your typical museum experience; it’s a lively park that’s a dream come true for kids! Parque Jaime Duque is truly a hidden gem near Bogotá! With its stunning replicas of world landmarks, like a mini Taj Mahal, you can’t help but snap a few photos. The zoo is one of my favorite parts; I saw tigers, monkeys, and even hippos having a great time! There are tons of activities for all ages, making it perfect for families and friends. Just be sure to wear comfy shoes; I’m not kidding when I say it’s massive!
I also loved the conservation programs they have going on, especially their efforts with condors. It’s great to support a place that cares for the environment while having fun. However, a heads-up: some exhibits didn’t have English translations which might be tricky for non-Spanish speakers.
For just around $16, you can enjoy a full day packed with activities, and they even allow snacks! It’s an affordable adventure that promises memories and smiles for everyone!

I visited Andrés Carne de Res and can confidently say that it was an experience! The atmosphere is lively, attracting both locals and visitors, especially the youth. Just be sure to wear comfy shoes; you’ll definitely be walking a lot!
What I didn’t love? The traffic can be a bear if you’re planning on driving. But, hey, who needs a car when you can enjoy a fun night out? If you’re in Bogotá, Zona T is a must-visit spot for a taste of modern Colombian life!
